At The Grip USA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy for qualifying orders.

🇺🇸 U.S. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with no signs of installation, wear, or modification.
  • We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer.
  • No restocking fees will be applied.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns from outside the United States.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Any customized or personalized items — including engraved grips or custom slide work.
  • Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo or video as proof. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or full refund.
